“Be still and know that I am God” is the most powerful reality of life. When we are experienced in something; we have understood and therefore know what it is about, right? Experience understood is knowledge.
We know that life unfolds in increments. One step and a tiny perhaps almost invisible pause after the action followed by the next step. Like ascending a flight of stairs. This almost invisible pause can be described as emptiness, but shouldn’t because in emptiness there’s lack. Lack isn’t connected to the reality of life. Stillness on the other hand is filled with potential. It’s there where an abundance in possibilities is offered for you to choose from. In stillness you enter the treasury of the universe. Stillness is where potential, infinite possibility, opportunity and abundance lay waiting for your arrival.
It is in stillness that we allow things to unfold as they do. In stillness we recharge and open up to the deepest understanding of the universe. In stillness things are allowed to develop without interference in order to come to full fruition. In stillness we send out pure vibrations from our hearts. In stillness we know all will be well and that all is well.
Stillness isn’t the same as silence. Stillness is there where everything is present and we choose not to busy ourselves with a particular thing outside of ourselves but to allow all that is, to be heard, seen and experienced. Allowing all there is to be as we observe with awareness. We merely observe.Stillness simply put is found in letting go of the demanding ME and its wanting.
By being present with our breath while our senses open to life, we allow life to remind us of who we are. In stillness we allow our self to Be. In stillness we embrace the whole. When we allow stillness to present us with the gifts we have asked for, we receive with grace. A state where we can choose to relax, relieve, release and receive.
A state we can willingly enter by surrendering to our ability to allow ourselves to be led by the very laws which govern our being. So be, be still, be present..
